This large, luxury 1350+ square foot elevator equipped condo includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 
gourmet style kitchen with eating nook, and great room for entertaining or just relaxing.

There's plenty of room to gather, relax, eat or visit at the large kitchen island.

You have great views of the canal and Cape Coral's Eco Park, which is directly across the 
canal. You can watch the birds, fish and other wild life right from the privacy of your 2nd floor 
condo. In the winter months you might even see manatees, stingrays and even a dolphin  or two.

All kitchen appliances are included- perfect for the gourmet chef or daily food preparation.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed, a large walk-in closet, and a large deluxe 
shower and double sink.

 

Feel like socializing? This unit is just a short distance from the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball, and 
screen enclosed recreation area where lively conversation or privacy is totally up to you.  The pool and 
enclosed recreation room are recently updated.

 

The pool is a large heated pool, with a heated hot tub, and plenty of space for sunbathing. The entire 
luxury gated community is surrounded on 3 sides by seawall and boardwalk. Salt water fishing 
is subject to association rules and Florida fishing guidelines.
 
Next to the pool is the large screened recreation area, an open air gazebo, and 2 tennis courts. 
We even provide some basic fishing gear for our guests to use in public fishing areas.

Our sleeping accommodations include a Queen sized bed in the master bedroom, a 
Queen in bedroom #2, and (1) twin bed in bedroom #3. A complete laundry room is 
inside the unit.   High ceilings and a large great room will make your Florida home one that 
you will remember.

 

Did we mention that the unit is only a few years old, and newly redecorated and recently furnished?
It is just like being the first in a brand new luxury residence!

If you need to get some work done or just keep up with your social networking while your away, 
our fully functional office will be all you need to keep connected. It includes a recent model 
computer (or use your laptop), high-speed cable Internet access, Wi-Fi, and an HP all-in-one for printing, 
faxes and copies. Can you believe it?  Getting your daily work done while relaxing in sunny Florida.

RSW ( Fort Myers, Florida International ) airport is less than 30 hassle-free minutes 
away in nearby Fort Myers.

Every one of our confirmed guests receive an number of informative guides that will 
help you find the best restaurants, golf courses, fishing guides, boat rentals, night spots, beaches and much more.  When you arrive, you will be ready to enjoying your vacation- beginning on the very first day.
